Since it’s transformation into a landmark office space a few years back, Base64 has basically been impossible to get in to. Until now. We’ve had one of our larger tenants outgrow the space they’ve loved so much over the years, which means they’re moving on, giving you the opportunity to be moving in.
We currently have an upstairs and downstairs studio space of approximately 150 – 200sqm each that are designed to house up to 20 people on each level. We also have a couple of smaller offices available.
Situated at 64 North Terrace, and previously a video production studio, a recording studio, A seminary and even the first speaker of the Federal parliament’s home residence. This heritage listed building has been through a two-year redevelopment and restoration project transforming into a truly beautiful space to work.
With three separate outdoor areas, Gigabit internet access, large boardroom with full AV, commercial rated kitchen facilities, electric vehicle charging, and a Large Scale Battery onsite providing green power, Base64 was, and remains, genuinely ahead of its time.
