Some people work for a business. Others help build it.

Tammy is one of our OG employees and has played an instrumental role in the Platinum story. Across a decade, she has consistently gone above and beyond for our customers and helped set the service standard we remain proud of today.

James Armstrong’s recent five-star review says it perfectly:

“Tammy goes above and beyond every time she comes here. She is absolutely amazing.”

Tammy, thank you for your loyalty, commitment and everything you have given Platinum and our customers.

We are incredibly proud to recognise you as our Employee of the Decade — 2016–2025.

One of our originals. Still setting the standard.

🎉 Happy Birthday, Georgia! 🎉

Today we’re celebrating someone who means a great deal to all of us at Platinum.

Georgia, you are so much more than our Office Manager—you are a huge part of the Platinum family and one of those special people we know we can always rely on. Your loyalty, patience, hard work and the genuine care you show our business and everyone around you make a difference every single day.

We appreciate not only everything you do, but also the wonderful person you are. Platinum simply wouldn’t be the same without you, and we feel incredibly lucky to have you beside us on this journey.

Even if your taste in football teams is absolutely terrible, we wouldn’t change you… well, perhaps just that one thing! 😂🏉

We hope you have the happiest birthday and are thoroughly spoilt today—you truly deserve it!

Happy Birthday, Georgia, with plenty of love and appreciation from all of us at Platinum! 🥳🎂🩶

🏆 DOUBLE FINALISTS! 🏆

We are incredibly proud to announce that Platinum has received two finalist honours in the 2026 Australian Women’s Small Business Champion Awards:

✨ Monica Fitzgerald — Small Business Champion Woman Entrepreneur
✨ Platinum Trade Services Group — Trade Services

Having Monica’s leadership and Platinum’s continued growth recognised on the same national stage makes this achievement particularly special.

Behind these certificates are years of determination, difficult decisions, early mornings, late nights and an unwavering belief in what Platinum could become. They also represent the commitment of our entire team, who continue to raise the standard and deliver for our customers every day.

Monica has been instrumental in building the structure, culture and financial discipline behind Platinum’s evolution. Her recognition as a Woman Entrepreneur finalist is thoroughly deserved.

Our Trade Services finalist recognition belongs equally to every technician, administration team member, supplier, subcontractor and customer who has contributed to our journey.

Whatever happens on awards night, this is a milestone worth celebrating.

Two finalist honours. One incredibly proud Platinum team.
