How do we work?

1. You send us details regarding your outstanding debtors

2. We will endeavour to chase up all outstanding monies. We do this in a friendly and professional manner. We endeavour to maintain your relationship with your client and do not believe in a "burning-bridges" type of approach

3. Once the debt has been paid you have received payment, we request 10% of the debt amount for our fees

4. That's it! It really is that simple.
