A big congratulations to Darcey Devenport, who is now officially a fully qualified carpenter! 🔨👏

It’s been great watching Darcey work his way through his apprenticeship and develop into a skilled and valued member of the Katnich Building & Design team.

Well done, Darcey — a fantastic achievement and very well deserved! 🎊

Congratulations to Josh who finished his carpentry apprenticeship today! He’s spent the last 3.5 years under the watchful eye & guidance of our lead carpenter - Stefan. Josh has been an invaluable addition to the KBD team, and we’re looking forward to continuing working with him in the future! Well done Josh 🤩

Throwback to this subdivision we did in Semaphore South.

This client researched the area, and came to us with a goal to create 2 homes that would maximise space and be suitable for families to set them apart in the rental market.

We designed and built each of these beautiful homes with 4 bedrooms, 2 living spaces and 1 undercover garage & carport - all on a 640sqm block.

Looking to subdivide and maximise the value of your development? Get in contact via the details in our bio today.
