I have never understood why a lot of young 1st year apprentices are thrown into grouting straight away, and basically left alone to it because the bosses cant be bothered grouting.
Grouting and sealing are the most important finishing touch to a quality job.
If the grouting is poor, the job is poor.
It’s far too much responsibility for the young lads who have no experience, and then the inexperienced lads cop it for doing a poor job.
Poor teaching = poor job.
