The cost of waiting often outweighs the risk of action.

If you’ve been considering joining South Australian Leaders, now is the time to move.

This isn’t just a smart business decision—it’s a strategic move for how you lead.

When you surround yourself with the right support, insight, and structure, everything shifts.

Just ask Daniel Knowles, Senior Manager at Dominant.

“I originally felt I lacked the skills required to lead a team and went searching for mentorship in this space. I was introduced to Natasha and quickly connected with several mentors who are now helping shape my career.”
- Greater confidence in navigating business-wide impact

Since joining SA Leaders, Daniel has noticed a distinct shift in how he thinks and leads:

- Greater confidence navigating business-wide impact
- A stronger ability to step back and reflect
- Access to insights that support better, faster decisions

"Through mentoring, case studies, and shared knowledge, I’ve started thinking more strategically—beyond the day-to-day. I’ve gained clarity, direction, and a new level of leadership capability.”

This is what happens when you’re in a room designed for growth—not noise.

Spaces are limited, and momentum starts with a conversation.

If this sounds like the next right move for your leadership journey—reach out. Let’s talk.

In most industries, it’s easy to assume you’re competing for the same space.

But when you zoom out, you realise there’s room for synergy.

That’s what happens inside SA Leaders. You don’t just meet people.

You learn to think differently about the people you meet. Because when you understand a little more about the industries around you, you start seeing new connections.

→ Not just contacts, but aligned opportunities.

→ Not just conversations, but co-creation.

We see it all the time.

A builder and an engineer.A manufacturer and a tech provider.

Two sides of the same outcome, serving the same customer, solving the same challenge

That’s where collaboration starts and growth accelerates!

At SA Leaders, we bring together CEOs who are ready to expand, not just their network, but how they see their network.

This is where business gets strategically reimagined, together.

Curious to see who’s in the room?

Reflecting on an impactful 2023 with gratitude to our SA Leaders community—Members, Experts, Partners, and Advisory Board.

This year, we hosted 40+ workshops, 400+ mentoring sessions, and 20+ networking events, fostering collaboration among 150+ companies. Special thanks to The Hon. Deputy Premier Susan Close MP for joining our 2023 graduation.

Our 3rd Celebrating Women in Business Luncheon, sponsored by DMAW Lawyers and Pitcher Partners, was a highlight. Melody Horrill’s keynote, a lively discussion with Ali Clarke and Amanda Blair , and entertainment by the Sonic Divas made it memorable. Our free monthly morning pep talks for women continue to inspire.

SA Leaders is more than a network; it’s a business family where collaboration thrives, vulnerability is embraced, and we step back from working ‘in’ the business to working ‘on’ the business (business meditation, if you will).

Grateful for the contributions of Jenny Briggs and Julie Hallifax—integral team members.

Wishing everyone a joyful holiday season and a dynamic start to 2024.

You have to be a career woman but also always be looking out for other people... You have to never get old, never be rude, never show off, never be selfish, never fall down, never fail, never show fear, never get out of line… And it turns out in fact that not only are you doing everything wrong, but also everything is your fault.”
