It is wonderful to be back home in Australia after an inspiring trip to Europe for research. There are so many amazing European based scholars examining sustainability challenges, including my DBA student at ISC Business School in Paris, Magdalena Strasburger, who it was great to meet in person for the first time. I look forward to progressing our many collaborations. 🌿🍃

This year, I was appointed as Director, Research Development within the Adelaide Business School, The University of Adelaide. This role has been created to assist scholars within the school to increase the quality and quantity of research. Yesterday, we were delighted to host the Hon. Emily Bourke MLC, Assistant Minister to the Premier, and a special guest panel, who provided staff with advice on how to forge productive mentoring relationships. The Assistant Minister, and other panel members, shared an important message of hope and creating opportunities for future generations.

I am very proud to have my latest research on youth mental health and early intervention published in Parity. The article, co-authored with Steve Wright and Alexander Christophel from Sonder, examines the innovative Community of Schools and Services model. This model engages stakeholders to collaborate via data-sharing, collective governance, and shared resources.
