After a very successful 1 Day MBA in April we are pleased to announce our next one. It will be in Naracoorte on August 16. we are running it with the support of the Naracoorte Business Association. Yesterday’s 1 Day MBA was a great event. We had very positive feedback from our attendees. A number of people have asked when the next event will be held. We aren’t sure of the date yet but we will start planning for it soon.

One of the many topics we will be covering in the 1 Day MBA is Customer Satisfaction. Many small businesses do not know what their customers really think or want because they haven’t asked them! Tools like Survey Monkey (image credit) make that easy for you. Find out quantitative data like your Net Promoter Score and qualitative data like their opinions on your services and team. We provide this as a service if you need help. However, you can do it yourself by investing a few hours in learning. You will be amazed with the information you discover!

Happy New Year! This year is going to be the first year for a while that we are likely to experience a business environment that is more “normal”.
