July Updates:
Under the 2021-22 Migration Program settings, nomination allocations are made available to States and Territories in the following visa categories:

✅ Skilled – Nominated (subclass 190)
✅ Skilled Work Regional (Provisional) (subclass 491)
✅ Business Innovation and Investment Program (BIIP)

For 491, NSW, SA and Tasmania have the more allocations and high chances for people living, working or studying in regional areas of these states to get 491 nominations.

Nomination criteria: You must meet the all criteria in one of the following three streams to be eligible for NSW nomination:

👉 Living and working in the nominated occupation in regional NSW
🔹at least 12 months

👉 Recently completed a study in regional NSW;
🔹study was completed within the previous 24 months in a designated regional area in NSW
🔹have lived in a designated regional area of NSW while completing your study

👉 Living and working outside of regional NSW
🔹 job offer in regional NSW
🔹at least five years of skilled employment experience (offshore applicants)
🔹family ties in regional NSW
