Hello everyone. As some of you may know, we have been working with "The Pelican Lagoon Research Centre" for a few months now.
Their latest project is called Goanna Watch, and is an effort to collect sightings of a very specific species of Goanna called Rosenberg's through the entire country). This is a threatened species, and to gather the data they need our help.
But before doing any of that we need to be able to identify the species, there is another Goanna that shares the same habitat and is almost identical to the untrained eye.
So we put our heads together, and came up with what is probably the first layman identification guide on these species.

The goal is to see if a person with no understanding of the species can spot the subtle differences between these animals. There are no wrong answers, so don't worry about that. The most important thing is to test the chart, and see how easy is for anyone to read and understand it.
