This was a week where I was constantly amazed at what it is I get to do. In a week where I was able to serve with the Maxwell Leadership Foundation, as a guest of Argennova, to facilitate roundtables on leadership values and train facilitation skills, together with 140 coaches from all over the world, was incredible. I worked with three exceptional translators, was encouraged by and partnered with a smaller team of coaches, and met people from all over the world, including (but not limited to!) Argentina, Bolivia, the USA, Canada, Romania, South Africa, Fiji and so many more.
What an opportunity to serve. I look forward to participating in more Country Transformation trips in the future.

Psychological safety in the workplace doesn’t mean that everybody is nice to each other all the time. Rather, it means that people feel free to “brainstorm out loud,” voice half-finished thoughts, openly challenge the status quo, share feedback, and work through disagreements together — knowing that leaders value honesty, candor, and truth-telling, and that team members will have one another’s backs.
