YOUTH MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID – 2026 BOOKINGS NOW OPEN!

At Global Community Sports, we believe every adult who works with young people or has young people in their life should feel confident and equipped to support their wellbeing.
That’s why we’re proudly delivering the official Youth Mental Health First Aid (YMHFA) course in 2026, a practical, evidence-based course ideal for schools, sporting clubs and staff teams.

This 2-day, accredited course gives participants the knowledge, skills and confidence to:

· Intervene early by recognising warning signs of mental health issues in adolescents.
· Offer supportive, open conversations about mental health and wellbeing.
· Respond appropriately if a young person is in crisis, and know how to guide them to professional help.
· Reduce stigma, build safe environments and strengthen community support for young people.

Our sessions are practical, engaging and built around real-life situations. Through conversation, reflection and active participation, attendees gain the confidence to recognise signs, start supportive conversations and take meaningful action.

Now accepting bookings for 2026 for schools, clubs and staff groups across South Australia and beyond.

BEST VERSION OF ME – 2026 BOOKINGS NOW OPEN!

At Global Community Sports, we’re passionate about helping people grow, not just as athletes, students or staff, but as humans.

Our Best Version of Me workshops return in 2026. Engaging, interactive sessions designed for schools, sporting clubs and workplace teams.

Through games, conversations and reflective activities, we explore the four key pillars of Emotional Intelligence:
Self-Awareness – understanding what drives our thoughts and actions.
Self-Management – building strategies to stay calm, focused and resilient.
Social Awareness – reading the room and recognising the emotions of others.
Relationship Management – communicating and collaborating effectively.

Participants also dive into goal-setting, personal values, and what it means to genuinely show up as the best version of themselves on the field, in the classroom, or in the workplace.

Fun, practical and thought-provoking, these sessions are perfect for leadership groups, student cohorts, sporting teams, or staff looking to strengthen culture and connection.

Now taking bookings for 2026 across South Australia and beyond.
