The Open Day blueprint starts in just 6 days!

Join me as we design and deliver an Open Day at your studio!

If you are looking to add more clients to your studio this year, then an Open day is an excellent way to get potential clients through the door - for them to see what you offer, to meet you and your teachers and experience the studio.

Most importantly, it gives them the opportunity to understand what it FEELS like to be in your space and for them to more easily imagine themselves doing Pilates with you.

That’s so much more powerful than any social media post or flyer you could ever create.

What the Open Day Blueprint looks like:

4 Group Coaching calls - Starts Wednesdays April 1 (6pm AEDT) - (Recordings available if you can’t make it)

Plus, a ton of resources to help you design and deliver an Open Day that converts including:
- Workbooks
- A custom GPT to help you easily create amazing copy for your website, social media etc
- Idea logs to structure your Open Day
- A Revenue and ROI tracker (so you can see the impact the - Open Day has on your business)
- A simple Paid Ads planner
- Friends and Family referral system

And more!

What’s more - the Open Day Blueprint has been approved for 4 PDP points with the PAA!

Investment $329

A studio Open Day can be a powerful growth strategy, but only when it’s backed by structure.

Too often, studio owners invest time and energy into an event that feels successful on the day, only to realise later that very little has converted into long-term client growth.

That usually comes down to one thing: lack of a clear plan.

In my latest blog, I share 5 top tips for running a studio Open Day that actually converts. The focus isn’t just on getting people through the door. It’s on what happens before, during, and after the event that turns interest into commitment.

The post covers:
- capacity planning before promotion begins
- building one clear pathway for new clients
- tracking registrations, attendance and conversions
- briefing your team so the experience feels cohesive
- using referrals in a way that feels natural and effective

For boutique studios especially, quality matters more than volume. Sustainable growth comes from creating an experience that is thoughtful, well-led and easy for the right people to say yes to.

So you’re thinking about planning an Open Day at your studio - Before you think about marketing, I want you to pause for a moment and ask yourself one honest question.

How many new clients can you actually onboard well right now given your current schedule, your team, and your systems?

Boutique studios grow best when that growth is disciplined. Growth should feel managed and intentional, not like you've suddenly created a problem you weren't prepared for.

Inside The Open Day Blueprint, a 4- week Group Program, we will build and deliver and Open Day where we start with capacity modelling, because when you know exactly how many people you can confidently welcome in, the whole thing becomes much easier to lead.

Structure and strategy reduces overwhelm, and making decisions from clarity rather than urgency is a much better use of your resources as a Pilates Studio Owner!

Doors open April 1st.

Busy Open Day… but no real growth afterwards?

In this week’s episode of 'Raising the Bar on the Future of Pilates', I share a clear, strategic approach to running an Open Day that doesn’t just create energy, it creates aligned, long-term clients.

Because a beautiful event without a clear follow-up system?

That’s just an expensive afternoon.

In this episode, I walk you through:

• The difference between exposure and conversion
• Why calm authority converts better than hard selling
• How I determine studio capacity before promoting
• A simple 7-day follow-up sequence that feels professional and respectful
• Why I measure outcomes 28 days after the event

On April 1st, I'm running a 4 week challenge: The Open Day Blueprint - where you'll design and deliver an Open Day for your studio - With a ton of resources to help you, as well as 4 weekly group coaching calls - you'll feel calm and comfortable inviting new clients into your studio. (Check out the details in the link and on the website)

Remember: Growth should feel grounded and manageable — not reactive or overwhelming.

When your capacity is clear and your messaging is aligned, your Open Day becomes a calm, confident client conversion strategy.

Running an Open Day at your studio can bring a renewed sense of energy into your space and eager clients ready to sign up to work with you.

But here's the thing nobody really talks about:

An Open Day without structure and planning is just a busy Saturday, with a lot of hopes for new clients, but no real pathway to get them there.

If you haven’t mapped out what happens after the open day (the follow-up) you haven’t defined your capacity, and you’re not really sure how to structure the day — you haven't created growth.

You've created activity.

And activity can feel really productive, right up until you look at the numbers and realise nothing actually converted.

However, when it's built properly, it attracts aligned clients, reflects your position in your community and strengthens your authority as a studio owner.

The Open Day Blueprint starts April 1st. In 4 weeks, you'll design and deliver your own studio Open day.

We build the structure first, so the day itself feels grounded rather than frantic.

So, if you're ready to run this strategically rather than emotionally, this is for you.

Book now for April 1st!

Pilates Studio owners: can we talk about marketing for a moment?

If you’ve ever felt like your message is “too quiet” compared to what’s out there, you’re not alone. But quieter doesn’t mean less powerful.

The studios that last aren’t built on trends, they’re built on trust, consistency, and doing meaningful work with the right people over time.

I shared a reflection this week on my blog on playing the long game when it comes to attracting and retaining your clients.

If this resonates, I’d love to hear your thoughts 💬

Quick check-in 💭

What’s one thing you know you need to decide… but haven’t yet?

I wrote about how unfinished decisions quietly exhaust us, not because they’re big, but because they’re unresolved.

This week’s challenge: write down everything that’s floating in your head and decide what can be scheduled, delegated, or let go.

Clarity is kinder than productivity.

Studio owners — a gentle reminder 💛

If things feel messy, slow, or heavier than you expected right now, it doesn’t mean you’re failing. It means you’re learning.

Every decision you’ve made, every challenge you’ve worked through, is evidence that you are capable of leading your business — even on the days it doesn’t feel that way.

You’re doing your best. Please don’t forget that 🤍

Happy New Year!

As we move into 2026, I’ve been reflecting on the symbolism of the Chinese New Year.

2025, the Year of the Snake, was about shedding old habits, ways of working, and identities that no longer fit.

2026, the Year of the Horse, represents momentum, direction, and purposeful forward movement.

What’s struck me most is this: progress in business doesn’t come from working harder. It comes from thinking and deciding differently.

This year, I’m focusing on:
• planning proactively rather than reacting
• staying consistent with small, intentional actions
• allowing space for creativity
• looking back with pride, not criticism
• reframing when things don’t go to plan

As leaders, how we manage our mindset shapes everything else.
As the Year of the Horse unfolds, how are you leading your mindset into 2026?
