Holding degrees in Law and Psychology, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, Romana is admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor in the Supreme Court of South Australia. This strong academic and professional foundation equips her to provide clear, strategic, and trusted advice that balances legal rights, financial considerations, and the emotional wellbeing of families.
From early in her career, Romana was drawn to the aged care sector, recognising the critical need for professional, compassionate guidance during one of life’s most challenging transitions. Becoming a wife and a mother only deepened this drive - reinforcing the importance of family, advocacy, and dignity in care decisions. This blend of professional expertise and personal perspective inspired the creation of Bespoke Aged Care Advisory, a service dedicated to providing client-focused, transparent, and empathetic support.
