You’re a mum in your 40s.
You’ve spent two decades proving you can handle everything for everyone else. Now, it’s time to see what you can create for yourself.
I want to share a bit more about what I’ve been working on, because this didn’t come out of nowhere.
A few years ago, I found myself in that exact place. I’d spent the best part of 20 years building a life and a career, but it didn’t feel like it fit me anymore.
Motherhood, a changing body, shifting priorities. I felt lost and disconnected from who I thought I was.
So I did what a lot of capable women do. I tried to figure it all out. Lots of thinking. Lots of searching. Trying to find the “right” answer.
But what actually changed things wasn’t finding the perfect plan. It was learning how to see myself clearly again. What was driving me. What was draining me. What mattered now.
What I started to realise was that this stage isn’t about losing yourself. It’s about outgrowing what no longer fits. There’s a kind of shedding that happens here.
And if you let it, the version of you that’s been forming over the years has space to come forward.
That’s where the fog started to lift.
For the past 18 years, across different roles, the thread has always been the same: helping people find clarity in the middle of complexity. I've come to trust how powerful that can be.
This week, I'm opening a small number of spaces to work with me in exactly this kind of support. Because this work is deeply individual, I only take on a few women at a time.
Comment “Ready” below and I’ll message you to talk it through.
We’ll have a simple conversation, look at where you are, and see if this is the right next step for you.
Spaces close Thursday 30th April at 9pm ACST.

The path forward may not be loud. But it is lit.
