For a seamless experience and to ensure your items qualify for refunds:

1. Rinse & Dry 🚿: Containers should be free of residue. A quick rinse helps avoid odours and deters pests.
2. Leave the Labels: No need to peel off labels; our facility manages that.
3. Ditch the Lids 🚫: Bottle lids, often made from varying materials, might not be recyclable. Best to remove and discard them.
4. Don’t Crush Your Cans: Keep cans and bottles in their original shape. Over-crushing can make them unrecognisable, affecting your refund.
