All our 4 legged beauties looking fabulous as always, thanks to Equinade our greys are glow white and blacks and Bays are always dark and shiny, when training at home or in the show ring.

Carmine acres would make a wonderful brand ambassador for equinade, dont you think 😉

Our team of people and horses are so versatile and are always producing the goods.
We are hoping our local equine community will get behind us as the space we create is something truly wonderful, and we look fabulous doing it 🦄

MY GREATEST ACHIEVEMENT ♥️

MY BOYS
Being a mum has challenged me in every area, aspect and position in my life.
I have been In survival mode, desperate mode. mumma bear mode and now we are in reaching for the stars mode 👌✨️

I have wept for hrs sometimes even for days because NOTHING prepares you for this job role NOTHING at all.
I have been in corporate job roles, creative and support roles and yet nothing is the prerequisite for motherhood.
It's raw it's exciting and it's definitely exhausting and sometimes it's bloody ugly!
My boys share their age for 2.5 +1/2 months of the year so soon i'll have x2- 5 year olds like I have had every year from 1 to now ...yes I was bouncing my 9.5 month old baby while nursing a new born 🤯 I can easily say I lacked partner support at the time and there were days and nights I cried from sun up to sun down and there are still days and nights now, until I remember I'm doing an amazing job and nothing has meaning except for the meaning you give it.

I have thought about every single moment and contemplated my ability and if I have done the right job a good job and there is no guide to knowing.
I have had moments where I have needed more support, moments where I doubted every choice or decision or whether I was enough to be the whole village and for alot of the time I have been the whole dam village.

This life is the only one we have, I can spend it contemplating the things I'll never ever know or I'll just do the best I can with the resources I have and that's alot thanks to the investments I have made in myself and continue to do so...tje best I can is a big best as i will settle for nothing less.
I FINALLY put on my own oxygen mask because I remembered I wasn't able to put on theirs if I didn't put on mine first.

These boys need me and they need me to show them that no matter what you never chuck the towel in on your dreams, to set big goals achieve them and then set bigger ones and to keep your own cup full because if it isn't I will be challenged to fill theirs.

Where in your life are you forgetting to choose you?? 🫶

Could you consider that emotional pain is stored in our neurology and quite often shows up as physical pain.....hmmmmmm INTERESTING

It's a hard pill to swallow yep it sure is and our past is no longer the issue it's the emotions we attach to the story....Change the story...Change the outcome 🤯
