It helps us bring our best to our work, support the people around us and respond well when things are difficult.
This World Mental Health Day, the theme โ๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ฒ๐
๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ๐ ๐ต๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฑ: ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐น ๐๐ผ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฒ๐, ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐น ๐ฐ๐ต๐ฎ๐ป๐ด๐ฒโ reminds us of the importance of listening. People experience mental health challenges differently, and meaningful support needs to recognise those differences.
Good leadership plays an important role. So does creating a workplace where people feel heard, have access to the right support and know where to turn when they need it.
Providing our people and their families with access to Sonder is one practical way we support this commitment. Sonder provides free, confidential, 24 hour access to personal safety, medical and mental health support.
We know there is always more to learn and improve. Listening well matters. Providing meaningful support matters. Responding with care matters.
On World Mental Health Day, we recognise the value of lived experience and the responsibility we all share in creating workplaces where people feel supported.
