Last week, a crew of our expert technicians set off on the 9 hour journey to Coober Pedy to service two diesel engine fire pumps at a hospital. A full service, check, filter and coolant replacement was conducted to ensure the systems operate and run smoothly.

🔥Did you know that we travel around the whole of South Australia to provide servicing, maintenance and repair of fire pumps and oily water separator systems? Metro or rural, no matter the distance!!🔥

- Travelled to Coober Pedy to service an electric and diesel engine at a hospital
- Travelled to Whyalla to replace welsh plugs and repair exhaust leaks on two diesel engines

Join the Jag Hire & Maintenance Team!

Jag Hire & Maintenance is looking for a motivated and reliable Permanent Full-Time Service Technician and Electrician to join our growing team.

About the Role:
You'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing fire pumpset systems and oily water seperator equipment to ensure they're safe and reliable for our clients across both metropolitan and rural South Australia. As well as the Fire industry with installation and maintenance of Fire pump sets. Full training for the Fire pump servicing will be provided.

What We're Looking For:
✅ Mechanical attitude and problem-solving skills
✅ Experience or knowledge with pumps, diesel equipment or small engines. Electrical knoweldge (preferred but not essential)
✅ Strong work ethic and attention to detail
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✅ Current driver's licence (essential)
✅ Must have a White Card
✅ Must be willing to obtain Covid-19 and Flu vaccinations
✅ Must be an Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen
✅ Must be willing to obtain a Police Clearance, Working with Children and Aged Care Check (essential)
