Here’s the thing: as we age, our eyelids naturally lose elasticity and our brows soften. The techniques that once worked—dark creases, heavier liner, thick mascara—now make our eyes look smaller or less prominent.

If this sounds like you, try these pro-artist tweaks that make the eyes appear lifted and bright (no surgery, just strategy):

✨ Prime & prep – A smoothing eye primer keeps shadow from creasing. (if you're using powder shadow. I opt for cream shadows!)
✨ Light on the lid, lift in the corner – Lighter tones open the eye; softly blend upward at the outer edge.
✨ Liner shift – Ditch the thick lower line. Focus liner on the upper waterline - under the lashes, and/or on the outer third of the lash line to lift.
