🐟 5 Tips for Cooking Fish Like a Pro 🍳
Fresh fish deserves a bit of care in the kitchen. Here are a few tips from us to help you get it just right every time.

⏱️ Use the 10-minute rule
As a rough guide, cook fish for about 10 minutes per 2.5cm of thickness, adjusting for the cooking method.

🧻 Pat it dry first
Excess moisture stops fish from browning properly, a paper towel pat before cooking makes a big difference.

🧂 Season simply
Fresh fish doesn't need much: just salt, pepper and a squeeze of lemon often does better than a heavy marinade.

🍳 Don't overcrowd the pan
Give each piece space, overcrowding traps steam and stops that nice sear from forming.

🐟 Don't move it too soon
Let fish sear undisturbed for a couple of minutes before flipping, it'll release naturally when it's ready.
