Driver / Container Depot Operator

Green Skills Inc Containers for Change Albany is looking for a motivated and reliable person to join our team.

The role includes:

• Driving and undertaking container collections throughout Albany, Plantagenet and Denmark
• Working at our Albany Containers for Change depot sorting and processing containers
• Hands on, physical work
• Working independently and as part of a friendly team

Regular work is Sunday to Wednesday, with opportunities for additional hours and other work with Green Skills.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a current manual driver’s licence
• Is physically fit and comfortable with lifting and manual work
• Is reliable, motivated and has a good work ethic
• Is friendly and able to provide good customer service
• Can work independently and as part of a team

Experience in driving, deliveries, collections or similar work is an advantage, but attitude and reliability are just as important.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make our Mt Barker Green Skills Containers for Change Depot Upgrade Celebration such a fantastic day on Sunday!

It was wonderful to welcome around 150 community members through the depot to celebrate the completed upgrades, enjoy a sausage sizzle, take a tour of the site, and see firsthand how these improvements will benefit our community for years to come.
