Meet Steve Thompson, everyone!

Steve runs the local Albany business Edge Planning & Property with his wife Corinne and has been a dedicated Foodbank Albany branch supporter since 2018.

In addition, Steve has started volunteering his time on Tuesday mornings to help pack the shelves in the Albany branch AND their business has recently provided additional funding to help provide the branch with much-needed air conditioning!

It's generous contributions and commitment from local businesses like Edge that keep our regional branches running efficiently for families going without.

Edge Planning & Property are excited to have recently come on board with The Salvation Army WA as a long-term business partner. Yesterday we attended the launch of the Red Shield Appeal at Optus Stadium and were challenged yet also encouraged through a number of speakers, including our Police Commissioner, Chris Dawson.

We continue to love partnering with Alta-1 College and helping out our Alta-1 families, particularly during this season we find ourselves in. May we all be very intentional in looking out for each other and helping where we can.

Hey wonderful Albany businesses and friends.
As you can see, the shelves are looking pretty dire at our local Foodbank. Let’s band together and drop off even the smallest of donations, whether that be non-perishable items or donating on-line. There are so many local families particularly in need at the moment, and Foodbank really needs your help.

In times of real need, it’s great to know that local businesses are banding together to support those most vulnerable in our community.

A huge thank you to Edge Planning & Property in Albany for supporting us through thick and thin and for helping people that need it the most.

Steve and Corinne have provided 10,000 meals per annum from local Albany suppliers over the last three years and have committed to do the same for 2021.

Steve and Corinne are asking any corporates that can help in this time of need, to assist by donating funds or food.
