2024 has been a year of massive growth, change, and reflection for me…
Selling the family business in April was one of the biggest decisions of my life, a bittersweet moment that marked the end of one chapter and the start of another
Stepping fully into has been an exciting journey, and along the way, I’ve learned some powerful lessons:
👉 1. Letting Go Can Create Space for Growth
Selling the business wasn’t easy, but it allowed me to focus fully on what I love: helping other business owners achieve their goals. Sometimes, letting go of what’s “safe” is the only way to step into your true potential.
👉 2. Clarity and Focus Are Game-Changers
Running multiple businesses taught me the importance of clarity. Now, with a singular focus on business coaching, I’ve been able to double down on my vision, provide more value to my clients, and build a business that aligns with my passion and lifestyle.
👉 3. Success Comes From Surrounding Yourself With the Right People
Whether it’s a team, mentors, or a community of like-minded business owners, your environment is everything. The Resolve Business Club has reminded me how powerful it is to collaborate, share wins, and learn from others.
👉 4. Freedom Comes From Building Systems, Not Hustling Harder
One of my biggest goals is to create more freedom in my life…time for my family, travel, and personal growth. That’s only possible when you put the right systems in place, so your business doesn’t rely entirely on you.
👉 5. Never Stop Dreaming Bigger
Transitioning into full-time coaching has reignited my vision for the future. It’s not just about business; it’s about creating a life that’s meaningful, impactful, and fulfilling.
As I look ahead, I’m more excited than ever to keep growing, helping others achieve their dreams, and building something that truly matters.
What’s been your biggest lesson this year? Drop it in the comments…I’d love to hear it!
