NEW PROJECT | Custom Leadership Mentoring Programs

A new Hatch Partner client came to us with a problem, not unique to their situation. So we came up with a solution that could help not only them, but others in the same boat - The Leadership Mentoring Program.

So what was the issue?
"Our organisation can only find corporate, large scale, blanket approaches to professional development in leadership. The problem is, we work in a unique way, not from an office and our new leaders don't respond well to death-by-power-point. We are looking for something personalised, with useful tools and delivered by someone our leaders can connect and share with. What can you do?"

What we created:
A 6 week, 1-on-1, fully customised Mentoring Program that aims to:
- Develop a deeper understanding of their leadership style, traits, and values.
- Explore the core principles of psychological influence and motivation of others.
- Discover how to build and empower high-performing teams.
- Examine approaches for fostering sustained behaviour change.
- Advance your skills for delivering feedback, managing conflict, and handling stressful leadership situations.

Topics Covered:
- Transitioning to a leadership role and how to manage your peers.
- The mindset of leaders.
- The expectation of the organisation compared to your own expectation in the role.
- How to seek support, training and understanding.

Skills Developed:
- How to communicate effectively.
- How to delegate effectively.
- How to motivate others.
- Conflict resolution.
- How to hold others accountable.
- How to grow your network.
- How to actively listen to others.
- How to strategically solve problems.
- Organisational skills.
- How to guide others, not do the work for them.

Current Project:

Hatch Partners is working on bringing a new event to the Border in 2024 - Clubs Day.

Clubs Day will provide people of all ages and backgrounds the opportunity to find out about the range of clubs operating across the Border and how to get involved.

Whether you want to join a sporting, academic, political, religious, cultural, or special interest club – Clubs Day will cater to them all!

If can't find the club you're after? This will be your chance to start your own, with support. The chances are, if you are interested in something, others will be too.

Clubs Day will be inclusive, fun and friendly. An interactive way to meet new people, take part in activities you are interested in, discover new ones and to become a part of a likeminded community.
