Ashlea is an experienced banking and finance professional with a strong background in relationship management, lending, credit, and business development. In her role as Business Development Officer at Bank WAW, she is passionate about building strong community and business connections, supporting customers through every stage of their financial journey, and identifying opportunities that create long-term value for both clients and the wider region.
With a career spanning retail banking, broker support, lending, and credit analysis, Ashlea brings a commercially minded and relationship-focused approach to her work. Beyond her professional role, Ashlea is deeply committed to the Albury-Wodonga community. She currently serves as a Board Director with Albury Business Connect, contributing to initiatives that support local business growth, collaboration, and regional development.
