Consider this your reminder that the August–September flight is well and truly here.

Six wines, three labels, all lined up under the one roof in Aldinga. A couple of Poppelvej under cork, Golden Child's white-on-skins Tropicana and the Beach Bum Rosé, then Brash Higgins bringing it home with the FRNC and the CBSV.

Starts sunny, ends serious. Exactly how a good afternoon should go.

Tastings till 4, Friday through Sunday.

It won't be pouring forever, though. Come get amongst it whilst it's here.

The new list has landed and it’s a good one. 🍷

Six wines on the tasting menu, twelve by the glass, across all three labels; from Uffe’s PMTD chardonnay just out of the ’25 vintage, to two Brash Higgins cabernets that share a name and behave nothing alike, to James’s gamay, which has barely been in the world a year.

Open Friday + Saturday from 12PM - 9PM and Sunday 12PM - 5PM. Come down, stay for a spell, grab a bottle to go.

Saying goodbye to the winter menu. That was the final pour, last weekend 👏🏼

These sunny winter days have got us bringing the new list forward, it drops at the cellar door this weekend, socials on Sunday. Come taste it before it’s anywhere else.

The building was the Bank of Adelaide in 1857. We pour wine in it now.

Brad, Uffe + James; a Michelin somm, a Dane who loves to experiment, and the local with a wine called Party Juice. You can taste all three in one afternoon, which almost never happens anywhere else.

Uffe never studied winemaking... So sometimes he just tries things.

James is the only trained winemaker at Under The Sun, and sometimes he'll watch Uffe start something and go man, that won't work. Sometimes he's right, but it's good fun anyway, according to Uffe.

But other times...? It turns out epic and James is the one standing there going damn.

Come taste the experiments.
