Having a plan on how to upsell like items is all fine and well, getting your team to do it is a completely different ball game, here's a few steps in order to push the envelope here:
1. communicate what and why you're doing in detail to your team.
2. Put up signs, posters, post it notes everywhere as reminders for the first month.
3. Review regularly and discuss, if you're a gym, how many nutrition coaching sessions did we sell this week, how, what did we do to sell them, how did the conversation come about.
4. Reward the highest achievers, nothing motivates people like an impromptu reward, remember these don't need to large sums of money, it could be a ling lunch break, being able to finish an hour early but still get paid one day, get creative!!
