The first annual Awards 2026 in Melbourne was more than any of us anticipated.

Alfie, Nicole and their team did an incredible job to make it feel world-class, yet warm and friendly. The speeches had us all in tears ( I'm looking at you!)

We laughed. We celebrated. We watched incredible people be recognised for the extraordinary work they do every single day.

And we walked away, reminded of exactly why we do this.
