The Brand New CTE - Custom Transport Equipment Supertilt getting a workout with our Rehlko - Engines R1500 Generator. With the evoloution & change in the power generation industry, General Manager Jarrod Maher & Sales Manager Jarrod Faoro are currently visiting Bauma 2025, the Worlds Largest Trade/Exhibition Show in Munich, Germany showcasing everything in mining, construction, building & equipment!

We have spent 2 full days exploring the 200,000m2 indoor & 414,000m2 of outdoor exhibits at Bauma 2025 and seeing some new & innovative products for our industry & business!

Over the next few days & weeks here in Europe, we will be travelling across Germany, Italy & France to visit some of our current & prospective suppliers/partners to provide new quality products from our global network whilst looking at ways to innovate & provide the best service to our customers.

to project that was completed by East Coast Generators back in 2022 with a Kohler Power - Generators KV275 with FD02 on the roof of a building in Geelong.

In addition to craning the generator onto the roof of the building (thanks to MCG Cranes Pty Ltd) we were given the challenge to install the fuel system to the roof of the building after all the services we installed.

Exhaust Control Industries Australia was give the task to complete this project for us with remote fuel fill point at the ground level and transfer pumps to have the fuel transferred up to the generator base tank. A number of challenges with this project but is now fully operational in the case of a power outage in the Geelong area.

We come across challenges within the generator game on a regular basis! One in particular that comes up is for those customers that have a 2 Phase 480V supply to their property which are usually dairy farms, rural homesteads etc.

With most generators configured for 3 Phase 415V and without the expert knowledge of sizing correctly & re-configure the alternator/controller to 2 Phase 480V operation, customers are left with limited options.

This Kohler Power - Generators KD Series (John Deere Engine) 88kVA was reconfigured for a farmer in Trafalgar East, VIC who had this exact scenario. With the help of our service team, East Coast Generators was able to provide a custom solution to his power needs and this genset now powers his dairy during those unplanned power outages.

Sometimes, East Coast Generators are given the difficult task of rectifying generator installations...

This 20kVA Generator was installed by an Electrical Contractor for one of Australia's largest supermarket chains in Dandenong, VIC. After a quick phone call & prompt site inspection by the ECG Service team, an immediate rectification works notice was issued.

The Electrical Contractor who installed this generator thought there was nothing wrong...Can you spot the issues in this installation?

A Kohler Power - Generators KD Series (John Deere Engine) 165kVA was up fitted with the APM403 Controller & Communications Card to give 4G connectivity to the generator for the customer & our team to remotely monitor the unit via the ComAp websupervisor platform.

A quality installation and turn key solution was provided by Eco Electrical Services P/L with Kohler® 250A Automatic Transfer Switch to a very satisfied dairy farmer!
