Upon opening our Cellar Door in 2004, Jim Lambert made a committment to not just grow grapes, but to develop an outstanding vineyard in the picturesque Barossa Valley that would produce fruit of the most desirable qualities. Lambert Estate believes that superior fruit produces superior wine and so it concentrates on the basics - the vineyards, where the biggest influence on a bottle of wine occurs. As a boutique Barossa Valley winery, Lambert Estate is able to carefully manage their premium vineyard. Watering, along with dry-grown areas are strictly monitored concentrating varietal characteristics through smaller yields per vine. At Lambert Estate we create premium hand-crafted single vineyard red and white wines to give you the true experience of the Barossa lifestyle. The Lamberts are committed to promoting the Barossa Valley for it is 'a region of great character.'

Kirk had the absolute pleasure of hosting a fantastic dinner in Seoul, pouring some of our favorite Lambert Estate drops and connecting with wonderful new friends. There’s nothing quite like seeing our Barossa Valley w**es bring people together on the other side of the world!

Exciting things are taking root at Lambert Estate! 🌱

Our vineyard crew has been hard at work putting a brand-new batch of Chenin Blanc vines into the Barossa soil today.
It takes patience, dedication, and a lot of passion to bring a new variety to life, but we can’t wait to watch these vines grow—and eventually share the fruit of our labor in your glass! 🥂

Stay tuned as we follow their journey from young shoots to future vintages. 🍇
