YEEHAW! 🤠🔥 The Three Gears Workshop Family Day was one for the books!

Back BIGGER, BETTER and packed with action, we rounded up the whole crew for one ripper of a day! 🐎

From mechanical bulls and mini diggers to giant slides, pony rides, jumping castles and plenty more, there was no shortage of fun for the whole family!

A massive thanks to everyone who came down, got amongst it and made the day one to remember! 💪

Good people, great vibes and plenty of laughs. That's what the Three Gears crew is all about! 💙

A great day at the Oil Sands Charity Golf Classic! ⛳️

Glen, our Vice President of Operations in Western Canada, and Paul, one of our Canadian Business Development Managers, were out on the green representing Mader as we proudly sponsored the 'Closest to the Pin' competition on Hole 4.

A fantastic day catching up with industry colleagues for a great cause to support The Wood Buffalo Food Bank. Thanks to the organisers and congratulations to all the winners.

Living the Mader Life - Joel’s Adventure from the Pilbara to Canada AU ➡️CA

Joel kicked off his Mader journey at the start of 2022, joining the Auto Electrical Field Service team in the Pilbara. At the same time, he made the move up to Karratha and started doing DIDO life with the crew.

From field service, breakdowns, and shut work with some of the best blokes in the Pilbara, Joel kept learning and grinding. By 2024, he stepped up to the Auto Electrical Rapid Response division and that’s when he really started seeing his career take off with Mader.

Then came 2025, a year of big opportunities and lifestyle changes. Joel didn’t hold back and made the jump to Canada.
“Honestly, it's been some of the most exciting years ever working with Mader,” he says.

In 2026, Joel grabbed the chance to become a Team Leader with Mader Canada, picking up new skills and learning alongside a top crew. But for him, it’s not just about the work.

“Being able to travel the world for a company you love, doing what you love every day with the funniest, craziest bunch of like-minded people, you just can’t beat it.”

Over the years, Joel’s made some lifelong friendships. Now he’s exploring Canada in his downtime and waking up in the Rockies, camping, hiking, snowboarding, and making the most of every day off.

“You’d be mad not to give it a red-hot crack! Whether it’s climbing the ladder with Mader or taking the leap to another country.”

It’s been one hell of a ride so far, and Joel reckons it’s only just getting started 🍁✈️

Big job. Tight turnaround.

Mader Infrastructure has wrapped up its first government electrical project at Midvale Speed Dome in which we upgraded the site while keeping it live.

12 new switchboards and 14 new submains, all installed with our electrical and IRATA rope access crews working side by side.

Rope access meant less scaffold, less disruption and less downtime while keeping the job safe and moving. Three months of solid teamwork and a result built to keep the Speed Dome powered for years to come. This was a first for the Electrical Projects team, and a strong step into delivering infrastructure projects beyond mining across WA.

Built by the crew. Delivered safely. Job done.

HD Mechanics + Auto Electrical = a pretty handy combination. 🔧⚡

Our second HD to Auto Electrical Upskill Program is officially underway!

Over the next 12 months, our team will be getting hands-on with:

⚡ Electrical circuits
⚡ Wiring & diagnostics
⚡ Soldering
⚡ Harness repairs
⚡ Fault finding

The first training block was all about putting the theory into practice and building skills that can head straight back into the field.

We’re backing our people to keep learning, keep growing and keep building the skills of tomorrow.

What a day at the Bengalla Community Open Day! 👏

Our NSW crew headed out to Muswellbrook for a cracking day with the local community.

Big gear, mine tours, live music, food and plenty of activities were all on offer.

We had the Mader gazebo and Wash Truck set up, giving the crew a chance to have a yarn with the locals, show off what we’re doing across NSW and chat with a few people keen to join the Mader team.

Safe to say the Hydraulic Fitting Challenge got competitive! 🔧

A big congrats to Deacon, who clocked the fastest time and walked away with a brand new YETI esky. 🏆

Thanks to everyone who stopped by, had a crack and said g’day. Awesome to be part of such a great day in the Muswellbrook community!

Josh was heading down the Gibb River Rd towards Mt Hart when he came across Caleb from Mader RM with a failed wheel bearing.

A bit of Mader ingenuity and teamwork later, and Caleb was back up and going again. 🔧💪

Now this deserves to take out our Mader Moments for September! 🏆

Nice work, Josh! You’ve just pocketed $250 for sending this one in. 💰👊
