We are excited to share that has announced that the Agricultural Business Research Institute (ABRI) has been appointed as the new national coordinator of the BredWell FedWell (BWFW) program. Phillips Livestock Solutions will work alongside the ABRI team to support delivery of the BWFW program across Australia over the next 5 years.

It’s an important milestone for a program that has become one of MLA’s most valued producer education initiatives - supporting livestock businesses to make better-aligned breeding and feeding decisions that lift productivity and profitability.

BredWell FedWell is entering its next phase of growth, with strong demand already building from both beef and sheep producers across Australia.

BredWell FedWell workshops help producers:
- Clarify and pressure-test breeding objectives
- Better link genetic selection with nutritional management
- Use real herd and flock data to support decisions
- Apply practical tools immediately

Planning for 2026 workshops is already underway. Producers, groups, advisors and organisations are encouraged to start planning their involvement early- whether attending, hosting or delivering a workshop.
