Now available in Release 2026.2.1.23, the updated User Access feature allows you to create multiple levels of access for staff, each with their own individual login and permissions.

Protect sensitive business information by restricting access to:
• Financials — sales, purchases & costs
• Reports
• Importing & exporting data

Welcome to the team Toby and Milly! 👋

Toby’s journey with Outcross began in 2023 as a casual stockhandler, travelling interstate to various saleyards with Outcross. He has now stepped into the role of Trainee Manager where he has the ability to work with Stockbook and Stockyard software, as well as be on foot in saleyards. Toby enjoys the opportunity that Outcross provides to travel and the variety within his work that allows him to continually learn and develop skills.

Milly's Outcross experience began in July 2025 as a casual stockhandler, after spending 3 years in North QLD working on stations. Milly has also stepped into a Trainee Manager role, where she is looking to expand her involvement in the industry while connecting with like-minded professionals. Stockyard Software has played a large part in Milly’s work in the saleyards, and she is now looking forward to developing a better understanding of the software.

We are excited to bring them on board!

STOCKBOOK UPDATE COMING

We’re pleased to announce the release of the latest Stockbook update — Version 2026.2.1.23 — rolling out from 9:00am (AEST) Tuesday 26 May 2026.

Please note the Agrisphere server will be offline during the upgrade from approximately 9am–1pm (AEST). During this time, syncing and Stockhand online services will be unavailable.

✅ You will still be able to use Stockbook and continue your normal computer work throughout the outage.

This release includes a range of feature enhancements and bug fixes, including:
• Improved User Access security settings
• Xytovet Sheep DNA request support
• Latest Angus DNA options (Zoetis & Neogen)
• Updated Masterbeef export format
• Multiple Live Entry, export and registration fixes

Welcome to the team, Hollie 👋

Hollie Worner joins Outcross as our Digital Marketing Officer, bringing a strong mix of industry experience and creativity. Growing up in the Southern Highlands of NSW, agriculture has always been part of her story, along with hands-on experience working in the yards as a Stockhandler with Outcross.
With a Diploma in Business and currently completing her Bachelor of Digital Marketing through UNE, Hollie brings a practical, industry-driven approach to her work.
