Dear Stockbook customers,
We are pleased to announce a new update for Stockbook (2026.3.1.30).
This release includes several key improvements, including:
• Carcase data: Major updates, including MIJ measurements and the ability to add carcase images.
• ET module: Improvements to workflow and efficiency.
• Inclusion of sheep in PIC reconciliations
• Bug fixes: Issues associated with Identification, the ET module and herd transfers have been rectified.
Scheduled release - The update will be released at 9:00am on Tuesday 25 August 2026.
Please note:
The Agrisphere server will be offline from 9:00am and is expected to be back online at approximately 1:00pm AEST on Tuesday 25 August. During this time, you will not be able to synchronise your Stockbook database.
As version 2026.3.1.30 includes data upgrades, clients will be unable to sync their data until they upgrade their Stockbook version to match the Agrisphere server. Please call Support if you require assistance with this process.
Major Updates
• Added fields for MIJ (Meat Image Japan) carcase data, including import, display, filtering, reporting and Master CSV export of MIJ measurements.

• Added carcase images, including importing MIJ cross-section images and viewing and managing images directly from the Carcase screen.

• Added the ability to import embryo details from a data file, including creating and updating embryo records.

• Added an Undo Implant option to simplify correcting embryo implant records.

• Added bulk embryo purchasing functionality to allow the creation of multiple purchased embryos in the ET Module.

• Added the ability to manually update embryo status from ‘In Utero’ to ‘Born’ with the addition of ‘Born No ID’ for cleaning up of the embryo list.

• Added Registration Status and Society Grade options to Bulk Changes.

We caught up with Tom Williamson from Moore Park Livestock at their Annual Bull Sale last Friday. After their recent successes, we were thrilled to hear the role that Stockbook has played in achieving some incredible performances and results amongst Tom’s herd. Stockbook continues to be part of Moore Park’s operations and we are excited to see what’s to come in the future 👏🏼

Outcross Support Team Training
Thursday, 13 August | 8:00am–5:00pm (AEST)
Friday, 14 August | 8:00am–5:00pm (AEST)

This Thursday and Friday, our Stockbook and Stockyard Support Teams will come together in Armidale for a dedicated training workshop.

It’s a great opportunity for the team to share knowledge, strengthen their skills and undertake valuable cross-training across both products. This will help us continue to provide the best possible support to our clients.

During these training sessions, our support availability will be reduced. We will still be monitoring incoming calls and support requests and will get back to you as soon as possible.

We appreciate your patience and understanding while our team takes this time to learn, share knowledge and build their skills.

We are super proud of our Stockbook Support Officer Taylor for her incredible achievement at this years Ekka. Taylor was awarded the Santa Gertrudis Australia Youth Scholarship winner.

As part of the award, Taylor will be heading off to the US later in the year where she will have the opportunity to visit major beef operations including King Ranch and Wendt Ranch, which raises high-performing Santa and Santa influenced cattle.

Congratulations Taylor! 🌟
