Hint: it's not their website.
It's thinking they need to have everything figured out first.
I hear versions of this all the time:
๐ญ "I need more clarity first."
๐ญ "I need to decide which offers are staying."
๐ญ "I need to work out exactly who I help."
๐ญ "I need to know what the website should say."
The interesting thing?
Many of my favourite website projects started with clients who didn't have all the answers.
What they did have was years of experience, multiple ways they help people and a business that had evolved over time.
They often knew what they didn't want anymore.
They just weren't sure how all the pieces fit together.
That's where the magic happens.
Together we find the common thread.
The thing that helps potential clients quickly understand:
"Is this for me?"
and
"How can you help me?"
Because I don't believe the answer is always:
