The historic homestead, originally named 'Palmerston' was built in 1911 and it has been lovingly restored in line with traditional architecture. We are fully licensed, stocking Petersons Cool Climate, Mudgee and Hunter Valley wines along with sparkling wines from Peterson House.

Canapés on Arrival
- Passionfruit cured salmon, cucumber, jalapeño and coriander
- Finely sliced duck breast, smoked almond, pear, goat cheese and caramelised onion galette

Entrée
Alternate Serve:
- Poached king prawns, tarragon and prawn butter sauce and cauliflower two ways (A)
- Burrata, prosciutto and spiced cherry with rocket leaf and basil salad

Main Course
To share:
- Roasted Milly Hill lamb saddle with hazelnut and thyme stuffing, and a cranberry lamb jus
- Sticky orange pork loin with paprika toasted pepitas
- Christmas ham
- Caramelised carrots and onions with winter greens
- Duck fat roasted hasselback potatoes
- Refreshing salad leaves with fennel and fresh herbs
