We’re Hiring: Office Manager

What you’ll do:
• Utilising your advanced customer service and communication skills by acting as a key point of contact for internal staff, customers, external providers and stakeholders
• Continually improving our administration systems and processes to maximise efficiency and consistency
• Successfully managing the integration and connectivity between administration and customer service with all other functions of the business
• Overseeing day to day office operations to make sure the workplace runs smoothly
• Assisting the General Manager & Operations Manager with administrative tasks and diary support
• Managing administrative systems such as records, filing, and office procedures
• Supporting and coordinating staff, including the training of new starters and handling basic people matters
• Managing budgets and expenses, including tracking costs and approving office equipment spending
• Ordering and managing office supplies and equipment, and liaising with suppliers
• Maintaining office facilities, including equipment, maintenance, and utilities
• Ensuring health and safety compliance within the office
