After an incredible journey as a winemaker, culminating in running my award-winning ATR Wines brand in Australia, I’ve opened a new creative chapter: ATR Guitars, based in Oregon, USA.
For the past five years, I’ve followed my lifelong passion for creating and my love of Flamenco music to become a maker of Spanish style guitars.
With an aim to honour the traditional materials of Spanish guitars, I build my instruments with wood from my roots in Victoria, Australia, and from the Pacific Northwest, USA, where I now live. My goal is to create guitars that carry the true sound and feel of Spain, while reflecting the unique character of the local materials.
