Our list of services covers asphalt surfacing, mill and fill repairs, spray sealing, crack sealing, and more. We currently have multiple opportunities for Spray Seal Cockerel Operators.

-Qualifications & experience-
• Construction Safety Card
• Ideally At least 1 years experience as a Spray Seal Cockerel Operator or senior position in a Spray Seal crew, however will train the right applicant
• Minimum HR and working towards a HC Truck License
• Ability to operate plant and equipment

-Qualifications & experience-
•A minimum of 2 years experience in an Asphalt Supervisory role
•Experience in mechanical or hands on problem solving
•Basic computer skills - Microsoft Office suite ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
•Excellent time management skills
•Demonstrate strong leadership
•Ability to respond calmly and decisively whilst under pressure
•Ability to work within a team

-Tasks & Responsibilities-
•Leading asphalt crews to deliver quality works
•Managing site operations and coordinating resources
•Ensuring compliance with relevant safety, environmental, and quality management plans
•Ensure crew members are following company and client guidelines
•Provide leadership to ensure the highest standard of safety is maintained for all stakeholders at all times
•Interact with foremen, project managers, and engineers in a collaborative and constructive manner
•Participate in formal and contractual meetings with the client and other relevant parties including PMs and co-ordinators
•Scope jobs and report to the relevant PM, and assist with resourcing timeframes for each project assigned
•Liaise with stakeholders and client representatives as required

•Proven communication skills
•Ability to operate all asphalt plant and equipment (rollers, paver, levels, etc.)
•Tasks & responsibilities

Ex*****on of daily jobs.
Leading asphalt crews and ensuring that the works are completed to a high quality and within delivery timeframes.
Daily reporting of works to the coordinators, project managers and supervisors.
Reporting directly to the supervisor to ensure works are being completed as scheduled.
Leading and demonstrating a commitment to safety, environmental and quality performance.
Completion of prestart meetings.
Ensuring all daily documentation is completed to a high standard.
