Organise Curate Design The admin specialists doing life and business better.

Over the last few years, we’ve had the pleasure of providing life and business support to one of our most wonderful clients Daisy W - who was invited to share her experience of living with a physical disability as an Australian-born Chinese woman in a new NDIS documentary.

Tia was lucky enough to have a little feature in the doc alongside Lou, who was originally sourced by O.C.D. as a support worker for Daisy, and has since become part of the O.C.D. team! 🫶

This documentary shines a light on Daisy’s story, challenges stereotypes, and explores the cultural experiences that can shape disability. It also shows what it means to continue living, working and advocating with resilience, humour, and a whole lot of pink. 💅

You might also catch some before and afters of Daisy’s brand new accessible bathroom and outdoor ramp/deck, built by Proud Homes - Maintenance and Renovations - organised of course by yours truly.

You can find the full documentary via the link in our bio ☺️

This is a small glimpse into one of the projects O.C.D. has had the pleasure of supporting with behind-the-scenes admin.

These photos were taken by Catherine at while on the ground at a site they are working on.

This is the reality for many who live in rural Ethiopia - safe water sources aren’t easily accessible, and the water available is often contaminated and leads to preventable illnesses for families who rely on it everyday.

This is why WFAV have project-managed the building of 111 improved water sources in Ethiopia since 2014, supplying clean water to approximately 54,000 people, 6 schools and 2 health clinics.

At the site pictured, the new water source in progress will supply 2000 people, 1 school and a health clinic with fresh, clean water.

To see more of the incredible work they do please head to or visit waterforavillage.com (built by yours truly) to make a donation.

This post is almost a year overdue...

Last year I hit some huge life and business milestones that had been quietly running in the background for a while, and because life doesn’t stop for anyone something had to give.

During this pause from our socials, I’ve been able to focus on my clients’ lives and businesses which has looked like lots of content creation, scheduling, website design and project management.

I’ve been learning new skills, meeting some genuinely incredible humans, and taking the time to refine what this business means to me and how we offer support to our community.

Now that the dust is settling and I’m finding my footing again, it feels like a good time to do the same here.

So here is my Melbourne trip, 10 months late 🙈

I spent the week in BD sessions with and .co in Melbourne, who have just co-authored their brand new book Full Stack Human which I highly recommend checking out.

I finally met IRL to talk life and business admin, then travelled to Geelong to help another client with some overdue tasks while they prepared to welcome their new baby (who is now here, and VERY cute).

Then I made my way to the Mornington Peninsula to capture content, and worked out of some lovely cafes and hotels along the way.

These are just a few small snapshots of the exciting work I’ve been a part of lately, and I’m looking forward to sharing more of it, along with a few things that might actually make your life easier.

Thanks for sticking around.

Tia x
