So far this year, around 50 people have completed our Mental Health First Aid course.

One of the most encouraging parts of facilitating these sessions is hearing how practical and valuable participants have found the training. Every participant who has provided feedback has said they would recommend the course to others.

Sharing one piece of feedback below that we really appreciated.

We have a number of public courses coming up over the next few months:

These accredited courses provide practical skills and confidence to recognise, respond to, and support someone experiencing a mental health challenge or crisis.
