Members of the Eximm team had the pleasure of attending the Future Lady Tradies Awards Night – Built to Bloom 💗

An incredibly inspiring evening celebrating the achievements, ambition and talent of young women making their mark across the trades.

It was fantastic to see so many emerging female leaders recognised and celebrated, and to be surrounded by an industry so passionate about creating more opportunities for the next generation.

A special congratulations to Taleah, Aleah and Kayla for bringing such a beautiful evening together. The energy in the room and the community you’ve created around Future Lady Tradies was something special.

More than 35 years ago, Garry Goodman started Eximm.

Fast forward a few decades and today, he gets to work alongside his three children, Blake, Danika and Ryan, as the next generation begins to put their own stamp on the business he built.

Whether having all three kids in the business was always part of Garry’s master plan… we’re not entirely sure. 😂

They’ve watched the long days, celebrated the wins, lived through the challenges and seen firsthand just how much hard work goes into building something that lasts.

But that’s also part of what makes a family business so special.

Blake, Danika and Ryan each bring completely different personalities, strengths and ideas to Eximm, but the foundations remain the same. Family, hard work, loyalty and looking after our people.

There are some pretty big shoes to fill, but there’s something incredibly special about two generations now working side by side to continue what Garry started all those years ago.

And while Eximm has changed a lot over the past 35+ years, we’re pretty excited about what comes next.

Over the coming months, you’ll be seeing a little more of who we are behind the Eximm name. Our people, our projects, the personalities that make this place what it is, and probably a little bit of the chaos that comes with it.

Because behind every project is a team of people we’re incredibly proud of, and we think it’s about time you got to know them.

What an incredible community project to be part of!✨

Eximm was honoured to contribute to the creation of the new Wheelhouse Café and Servicing Shed for Sporting Wheelies. Seeing so many businesses, tradespeople, volunteers and community members come together to help bring this vision to life was truly inspiring.

Congratulations to Andrew Abogotal Latimer, Dane Cross and the entire Sporting Wheelies team on the official opening of this fantastic new space. We have no doubt it will make a lasting impact on the lives of so many people in our community.

A special thank you to James Peterson and the Bunnings Trade team for leading such a collaborative and meaningful project, and to everyone who generously contributed their time, skills and support along the way.

We're proud to have played a small role in helping create a space that promotes inclusion, connection and opportunity.
