THROW 🔙 to ONE WEEK AGO – 23.01.2026

We said “see you later” and happy retirement to one of the most humble, down-to-earth and kind people we’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing and working with — an absolute legend, Nazmi Tahir.

We had to grit our teeth and deny him his request to “knock off early” while we quietly cleared stock and made room for a small send-off with some of our loyal and local customers and old friends.

To say it was easy saying goodbye would be far from the truth. We shared memories of the old days, had plenty of laughs, reminisced in silence, and took our very last group photo with Nasem at the front counter.

Thankfully, it’s not quite goodbye — we already have him locked in (and excited 😆) to help us out with our annual stocktake later in the year.

Nasem achieved an incredible 41 years and 2 days with Haymans Electrical Atherton.

Please join us in wishing him all the very best on a job exceptionally well done and a truly well-deserved retirement! 🫡
