We wish to advise that as this 2024 b 2025 financial years comes to a close, so will our coffee machine and vacuum repair business.
We would like to thank all our customers that entrusted us with the repair of coffee machines, vacuums and other household appliances for the last 28 years. It has been our pleasure to have had so many returning customers over these years.
It is now time for us to start enjoying our senior years, as well as spending time with our friends and family.
Thanks again for your support, and if you just need some advice, I will still keep my existing phone number for quite a while, and will endeavour to help with advice or contacts where possible.

Hi everyone.
Just a quick note to say that I can only repair the Battery type Cordless DYSON Vacuums.
I can't repair the 240 volt corded models.

Another successful DYSON repair.
It just needs to be re-assembled after a thorough clean out, service and a new strengthened trigger fitted in place of the old broken one.

UPDATE….
As well as continuing to service and repair DeLonghi Coffee machines, I am now also repairing MIELE vacuum cleaners and DYSON Cordless vacuum cleaners ( battery powered )in my home based workshop on the Central Coast of NSW.
I am also happy to provide help and advice regarding repairs.

Hi, I'm just letting everyone know that my forearm and hand are slowly healing after my accident.
I won't be able to perform service calls now, and may not be able to in the future. Time will tell.
I am however, now repairing some DeLonghi Coffee Machines and small DeLonghi appliances as I was before.

Thanks to my family and our wonderful neighbours for helping me after the accident I had last Sunday with a Circular Saw.
Without their quick response I might have been in real trouble as I couldn't even use my own phone to call for help.
I will need a fair bit of rehab and physiotherapy to get my hand and wrist back in shape again too.
Full praise and admiration should go to the three hand surgeons who worked for 3 and a half hours to put my hand back together.

HI, I currently have stock of Automatic Coffee machine Coffee care kits and Descale solution.
Coffee care kits are $35 and include a 500ml Bottle of descale solution, milk pipe cleaning solution and water hardness test strip, a water filter and a cleaning cloth and a new water tank filter.

During these difficult and ever changing times we are facing during 2020, I thought I would offer some basic advice to everyone when using their appliances at home.
Please note I have no medical background, and all I offer is some limited knowledge that I put into practise in my own home.
I hope you find it helpful.

1/ Dishwasher use.

When using your dishwasher, select the hottest cycle you can.
These are usually " Pots and Pans" or "Intensive" cycles.

These cycle have the potential to kill a few more germs than a cycle that uses a lower temperature such as "Quick wash" cycles or "Rapid" cycles.

2/ Washing machine use.

Similarly for your washing machine use, if you use a hot wash instead of a cold wash, this also may also help keep the germ count down.

Some washing machines allow you select the temperature from 30 degrees up to 95 degress.
Other machines just have a Cold, Warm or Hot setting.
Select the Hottest wash your items can stand.
You could also run the hottest wash possible with an empty machine, to make it as clean as possible on the inside, before you wash your own items in it.

Consult your "user manual" if you are unsure of how to change the settings, or you can call me for free advice if needed.
