Sometimes when you launch new websites and products you just don’t nail it. I remember when I launched in 2017 I had the opportunity to work with a coach who wasn’t so sure about Conscious Leadership.

At the time, I sat with it and thought nope, not my coach this is what I’m meant to be doing… so we parted ways.

Over the last 6 years, as most of you know I’ve been doing a variety of facilitation, designing leadership programs, commercial negotiations, mediating disputes, writing Comms and on the side studying astrology.

When I went all in with the astrology and leadership relaunching my website earlier this year, I think it was too much. Too soon.

Last night I rewrote the courses I had rewritten and I’m pretty excited to be relaunching the “How to Become a Conscious Leader Series” with
⚡️ Good Human
🤓 Great Manager
💫 Conscious Leader

Sometimes we’ve got to keep it simple. I’m still in the process of updating my website but If you or your team are keen to know more about any of the programs drop me a note.

I’ll still keep the astrology magic weaved in - would you believe I’m actually doing the Natal Charts of 4 men in the Construction industry at the moment - so there’s definitely an interest it’s just baby steps for now.

I can’t tell you how important Practicing the Pause is on your journey to become a more self aware Conscious Leader. Don’t get me wrong I’m still a work in progress but the more we practice the more we start to fire new neurons together in our incredible brains to create behaviours we’re proud of.

So my challenge to you this week is to start to become more aware and practice the pause … before responding to any given situation you’re in.

Quick cheat sheet in case you’re wanting to get your head around when the new moons and full moons happen.

Heads up - mark your calendars a few days before and after the full moons. Your kids will be feeling the effect of them too, trust me! Make a conscious effort to spend more time in nature connecting with anything that grounds you here beauty, sand, water, grass, dirt. Get amongst it!
