As we close out another year, we want to sincerely thank every client who welcomed Countryside Business Partners into your homes, businesses and decision-making spaces over the past 12 months.

2025 brought many firsts for us. Some real highlights included delivering multiple Business of Farming events in partnership with Gippsland Agricultural Group Inc, speaking at the Gippsland Red Meat Conference, and working alongside an incredible range of businesses from cropping, grazing enterprises, sheep and cattle feedlots, vegetable producers, vineyards through to robotic barn dairy operations.

We’ve had the privilege of supporting growth, structure and succession conversations across all stages of farming businesses. More importantly, we’ve learnt a great deal alongside our clients. Your openness, trust and willingness to challenge the way things have always been done is what drives better outcomes.

Thank you for the support, the conversations and the commitment throughout 2025. We’re proud to consider you part of the Countryside family and look forward to backing new goals, stronger businesses and bigger dreams together in 2026.

Enjoy some of the incredible views we got to see over the last 12 months.

🚨 GippsLamb Project - Entries Now Open 🚨

Lamb prices are sitting at some of the strongest levels we’ve seen in years, and the outlook remains positive. That makes now the ideal time to sharpen performance and capture value.

The GippsLamb Project kicks off on Thursday 19th December, giving producers the opportunity to put a team of 10 lambs through a structured performance and benchmarking program focused on:
βœ” Growth rates
βœ” Feed efficiency
βœ” Cost of gain
βœ” Profit per head in a high-value market

If you’re serious about lifting productivity and margins in 2025, this is a smart, low-risk way to test what’s possible in your own system.

Still time to register for Tuesday nights session.
