🚨 We’re Hiring – Operations Coordinator
Join BONDELEC and help build something great.
We’re looking for an organised, proactive person to become the backbone of our growing electrical business.
This isn’t your average admin job. You’ll work closely with the business owner to keep our projects running smoothly while delivering outstanding customer service.
Your role will include:
⚡ Scheduling electricians and coordinating jobs
⚡ Speaking with customers and booking work
⚡ Managing AroFlo administration
⚡ Ordering materials and liaising with suppliers
⚡ Sending quotes and following up invoices
⚡ Keeping clients informed throughout their projects
⚡ Helping improve systems and processes as BONDELEC grows
We’re looking for someone who:
✔ Loves being organised
✔ Can juggle multiple tasks with confidence
✔ Has excellent communication skills
✔ Enjoys solving problems and taking initiative
✔ Is comfortable using computers and learning new software
✔ Takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service
Experience in the electrical industry is a bonus—but attitude is everything.
