d the Adelaide Hills, working closely with our dedicated growers to achieve the full potential of each individual site. The wines include McLaren Vale Shiraz and Grenache planted in the 1940s to Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Gris grown in the Piccadilly Valley. Sam has a genuine focus upon small parcels of high quality fruit that reflect the variety, vintage and the unique terroir each has to offer. Sam strives to produce wines that reflect regionality; meaning that they show the characteristics that we associate with the regions from where the fruit was sourced. At Bent Creek, we are blessed that Sam loves what he does and attempts to ensure this is communicated through every drop of wine produced. The line up creates an impressive portfolio of high quality affordable wines. Our Cellar Door on Blewitt Springs Road, McLaren Flat in the McLaren Vale gives our customers a quaint place to meet and taste our wares. Sam believes that wine should be a part of everyday life.
