Tesla Model 3 | Maintenance Clean & Ceramic Inspection ⚡️

This Tesla Model 3 came in for its scheduled maintenance clean and ceramic coating inspection.

We carried out a thorough maintenance wash to safely remove built-up road grime and contaminants, followed by a full inspection of the existing Detailers Lab ceramic coating to check its condition, water behaviour and overall performance.

A ceramic topper was then applied to rejuvenate the coating and help maintain the hydrophobic properties, gloss and protection the coating was designed to provide.

Regular maintenance is an important part of getting the most out of a ceramic coating. It allows us to monitor the coating, keep the surface properly maintained and ensure it continues performing as intended.

This Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD is built to work — but that doesn’t mean it has to look like it.

After plenty of time on the road and on the job, the paint was showing the usual signs of working life: wash marks, swirls, light marring and general contamination. We brought it back with a thorough paint correction, restoring clarity, gloss and depth to the black finish.

Once the paint was corrected and properly prepared, we locked it in with a Detailers Lab 10-Year Ceramic Coating.

2024 Toyota Camry Hybrid | Insurance Restoration

Another challenging insurance restoration completed by Armour Auto Care.

This 2024 Camry Hybrid had the unfortunate experience of running over a paint tin, leaving paint heavily splattered and bonded throughout the underbody, suspension areas and engine components.

The contamination wasn’t simply a matter of giving the vehicle a wash. Significant care was required to safely remove the paint without damaging the vehicle’s original finishes, components or sensitive areas.

Our job was to methodically remove the contamination, clean and restore the affected areas, and bring the vehicle back as close as possible to its original OEM condition.

From paint removal and decontamination through to the final clean-up, every area was carefully inspected to ensure no unwanted residue or overspray was left behind.

🔥 BRAND NEW SILVERADO — PROFESSIONALLY PREPPED ONSITE AT APS CUSTOMS 🔥

We headed out to APS Customs to carry out the paint correction and ceramic coating preparation on this brand-new Chevrolet Silverado.

You’d expect a brand-new vehicle to have flawless paint, right?

Unfortunately, that’s not always the case.

Even after just one wash, this Silverado had already picked up noticeable light scratches and wash marring. The paint on these vehicles can be relatively soft and very easy to mark, especially when incorrect washing or drying techniques are used.

Before applying ceramic protection, the paint needs to be brought back to the best condition possible. We carefully corrected the paintwork, removing the light defects and restoring the gloss, clarity and finish before ceramic coating.

🚨 INSURANCE RESTORATION JOB — PAINT CONTAMINATION REMOVAL

This SUV had an unfortunate encounter with a paint tin, resulting in paint being splattered across the entire underside of the vehicle.

Our team at Armour Auto Care was called in to tackle the clean-up and restoration.

The job involved carefully removing the paint contamination from the underbody, chassis, exhaust and surrounding components, while taking care to preserve the vehicle’s original finishes.
