The methodology used has been developed incorporating Australian Research Projects from the HR Coach Research Institute including Organisational Behaviour in business, Strategic Action Constraints and the Innovation Patent of measurement of Organisational Capability. The research culminated into the development of the Strategic Action™ Model. Strategic Action Model—Based on research conducted with over 5000 Austaliasian businesses, the Strategic Action Model identified that the correlation between the strategy of the business and the activity of the employees was core to business growth or sustainability. Research has consistently found that over 50% of businesses have alignment rates below 67% and that only 22% of businesses align their business strategy with the everyday activities of their people. This means that half of the businesses in Australasia are potentially spending a third of their labour budget for a nil or negative return. By improving their alignment rates, it would flow directly to their bottom line. National Human Resources Framework—The practical application of the model formed the basis for the Human Resource Framework National Standard. The National HR Framework is a standard that was released in 2010 to meet the needs of businesses. It minimizes risk and unlocks value in businesses to maximize sustainability. It’s with a heavy heart we post this, we were torn between pride and need.
We are still in shock and trying to take it one day at a time as we look to a brighter future.
Christmas morning we were woken with banging noises and as I looked through our glass bedroom door into our lounge room I saw it engulfed in smoke and flames. Waking Sean and Victoria, we fled our home.
I know this is going to be a shock to everyone we know, Right now, all we seek is a helping hand to navigate this challenging time.
